Ok, ok, ok. OK!

Listen, I've been getting alot of emails about the site over the last couple of weeks. (Thanks Mom) And I've decieded to let the masses, (*ahem* mom), know that I am in-fact going to be updating the site shortly. While I have been doing other things, I have been thinking about projects and updating the site has been in the back of my mind but not on my *have-to* list. Work, work and more work, has been pretty much pinning me to the wall. That, and World of Warcraft. DAMN YOU BLIZZARD!

Also, there have been some new possibilities that have shown themselves to me in the last week. I'll have more about that as time goes on, but for the moment I can say that these new developments will be "moving".

Ugh, sorry for that one.

Ah, there are many days that have added a little something to me as a person; and that I'll never forget: The day I crumpled up a test and walked out of my History mid-term, the day I was DDT'd for the first time, the first time I was rejected by my to-be wife, and now the first day I released my website. I realize that sounds odd, but truthfully, I'm sure I'll end up doing this site over like, 400,000,000,000 times. No seriously. Seriously. Ok, whatever- you'll see.

And make no mistake- its no accident that this site was finally uploaded to the web on the 'Day of the Beast'.

More updates to the site, still no pics- but they're on the way. Making a thumbnail is a little trickier than I originally thought...and doing it all on my own is a testiment to either my perseverance or a sign that I need help, 'cause I don't know my own limitations.

How I got this far without my wife, friends, family or just random people trying to put a pillow over my face while I sleep, is a complete mistery to me.

Happy Birthday to me!

Alex Toth: 1928 - 2006

Today, master artist Alex Toth passed away while at his art desk at home. Unbelieveable.

"It's been said that Toth could say more with one line than most artists could with a hundred-- and this is true. But his work was much more than an economy of line. Toth was a master of shadow and light... his work has a balance of black and white that is breathtaking."

-Mike Wieringo

Here-Here and well said, Mike. You can see the rest of the beautifully well said testimony to Alex and even some of the most well drawn art done today, at: mikewieringo.com

Also- If you have 5 minutes to spare, you should visit Mr. Toths' official website, and see what he meant to any illustration artist worth their salt.

Scanning, and more scanning, and more scanning and more scanning. It seems to me that a website is alot of button pushing and waiting.

I'm also realizing, as I go along, that as I look at other websites, I will be spending alot of time customizing my site- man I cannot wait, and as I get more excited about it I'm sure you guys will reap the benefits cause I hope to get very creative.

Well today, I'm quickly putting together my site because...well, because it was supposed to be done at the beginning of this month. Personally I do not believe at anypoint am I to blame; I ofcourse, blame computers, Sony, G4TV and Olivia Munn, E3, Mike Patton and last but not least, I blame you: ADD. Let it be known, let it it be written; Thank you and goodnight.

Oh, and another thing- as this will be a work in-progress for the next month or life-time or so, I'm willing to take suggestions and comments. Email me at: cmagher@gmail.com For godssake, becareful: I'm fragile!
